The flat masks apply a multi-layered 3D folding line structure non-woven fabric structure. The bacteria filtration efficiency is 99% or higher and protects from 3um or larger general pollen, dust, bacteria and viruses. From the materials to the finished product, every step is made in Taiwan. The face mask meet the functional and spec requirement of the national standards CNS14774 and CNS14775; meanwhile, the products are registered with FDA, with CE DoC, and certified with ASTM F2100, EN 14683, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485. The masks are designed as three-layer non-woven fabric masks. The surface layer applies PP Spunbond that prevent the penetration of droplets and liquid drops, so it is water-repellent. For the filtration layer, the melt-blown non-woven fabric processed with static electricity is applied. For the skin-contacting layer, the ES Bicomponent fiber non-woven fabric is applied.

For the skin-contacting layer, the ES Bicomponent fiber non-woven fabric is applied. The feature is the silky surface that is not easy to be scratched while absorbing the oil and sweat from the face and the moisture vapor from speaking to bring comfort when wearing.
The adjustable eco-friendly nose strips may adapt to the face closely.
The highly elastic nylon fiber ear loops are different from the PET ear loops common in the market. Great elasticity with larger contact to ears, so the comfort of long-time wearing is enhanced. Do not contain heavy metals, transferable fluorescent substances, azo colorants and free formaldehyde, strictly protecting the wearer’s health.
